This Privacy Policy explains how Individual Entrepreneur Giorgi Philauri ("FixFox", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our platform. It is written to satisfy both the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection.

2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect: account data (name, email, phone, password hash); booking data (service address, date/time, special instructions); payment data (handled by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers); device and usage data (IP address, browser, pages visited); and any content you send to us (messages, reviews, photos uploaded during booking).
3. Purposes of Processing
We process your data to: create and manage your account; match you with partners and process bookings; collect payments and issue receipts; provide customer support; send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, reminders); detect fraud and protect the platform; improve the service through aggregated analytics; comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting).
4. Legal Basis
We rely on the following legal bases: contract (to deliver the service you booked); legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement); consent (marketing communications and non-essential cookies — see Cookie Policy); legal obligation (tax records, responses to lawful authorities).
5. Third Parties
We share data only with: Supabase (authentication and database hosting); our payment provider (Bank of Georgia / TBC) to process payments; Telegram (for partner dispatch notifications); Formspree (waitlist signups); Google Analytics 4 (aggregated, anonymised usage analytics — loaded only after you grant Analytics consent); and our service partners (only the booking details they need to perform the job). We never sell your data.
6. Data Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Booking and payment records are retained for 6 years to satisfy Georgian tax and accounting law. Marketing consent records are retained for 3 years after the last interaction. You may request earlier deletion (see Rights below) subject to legal retention obligations.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to: access the data we hold on you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion ("right to be forgotten"); request restriction of processing; data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format); object to processing based on legitimate interests; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with the Georgian Personal Data Protection Service or your local EU supervisory authority. 8. Security
We protect personal data with industry-standard technical measures: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
10. Children
FixFox is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact hello@fixfox.ge and we will delete it.
11. International Transfers
Our service providers (Supabase, Formspree, Telegram) may process data outside Georgia. Where data leaves the EU/EEA or Georgia, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards to ensure equivalent protection.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
